In the March issue of REALTOR, Jose Del Rosario of Chula Vista, CA, says it so well: ˜You have to build a relationship with sellers [in todays market] so that theyll listen to you.˜Sometimes it takes five minutes¦but sometimes it takes five hours over five meetings!
